Using Facebook Messenger Bot To Interact With Their Clients

A Messenger Bot is an automated chatbot that uses a conversational interface to integrate directly with the Messenger social networking platform and enables instant interaction with your customers as it may pertain to returns, questions, etc. Chatbots enable you to automate the interaction with many customer support requests and automated functions in a conversational platform, like Facebook Messenger.

A lot of business owners think that they are being clever by setting up chatbot systems using Facebook to interact with their clients. They believe that because this technology is new, there will be no way for them to make any mistakes. However, you can be sure that if you do not use a well-built and established company that has been in the field for quite some time, your Facebook Bot system may be quite simple.

The first step you will need to take is to create a profile for your bot. In the Facebook messenger application, you will notice that there is a 'Bot' section that lets you create an account for the chatbot. Once you have created a profile, you need to make a username for the chatbot.

Next, you should create a chatroom for your bot. This is where your Bot will interact with your customers. It will show them various messages. These messages will be prearranged for you so that when your Bot wants to reply, it will be able to pick which message to reply to.

Once your chatroom is ready, you should give your Bot an administrator role. Once it is an administrator, it can reply to all incoming messages, initiate a transaction, or send a message to someone else on your team. You can also customize your chatbot by adding the various functions that you want to have it perform.

Once your Bot is set up, you should also configure its settings to match the settings you have configured for your user profile. In order to do this, open the settings tab of the chatbot and click on the 'account'. Click on the link there that states 'account settings'.

In order to send a message, you should click on the button that says 'send a message', while the bot will respond back to your message. To make the chatbot reply to a particular message, you can also click on the 'reply' button that shows up above the chatbot box.

Once you click on this button, the message you are going to send to your bot will be sent to the recipient's inbox. Once you are finished with your message, you will need to click on the 'send' button in order to send the message to the bot. If the bot receives your message, it will click on the send button. This is very convenient because you don't need to wait for your bot to show up in the chat room before sending the message.

To customize your bot, you can modify its settings and send them messages by clicking on the 'message' button of the chatbot. It will prompt you on what message to send. If you wish to customize your bot by adding a new message, you can click on the 'Add a message' button. and the message you want to send will be displayed.

If you want to send a message and then delete a message, you can click on the button that says 'delete a message'. It will show you the message that was sent but the text will not be shown until the message is deleted. You can also customize your bot by adding the different features that you want to add.

With these tips, you should be able to set up your Facebook Messenger Bot with ease. However, the most important thing is that the messages you send should be relevant and interesting to your potential customers.
